Key Partnerships

Osiris Therapeutics, Inc. has joined JCR Pharmaceutical Corporation to produce and market Prochymal in Japan, if and when it becomes commercially available.

Osiris also has also partnered with Genzyme Corporation to develop Prochymal as a medical countermeasure to nuclear terrorism and other radiological emergencies. The agreement provides for Genzyme to receive a royalty on sales of Prochymal, limited to those sales made under contract to U.S. or Allied Governmental Agencies for Emergency Preparedness.
